The client, an ultra-high-net-worth individual, was looking to carry out redevelopment works on an unencumbered property that he plans to let once works have been completed.

However, his income arises from complex streams, generated from offshore trusts.

To resolve this, MC Private Finance structured a 5 year term loan with a lender who could both fund the cost of development works, as well as roll-up the interest and fees.
